NOTICE OF PROPOSED ACTION AMENDMENT AND ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF STATE AND COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CONSTRUCTION FINANCING PROGRAM CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS TITLE 15, DIVISION 1, CHAPTER 1, SUBCHAPTER 6 PUBLIC NOTICE: APRIL 23, 2015 (updated MAY 6, 2015) Government Code section 11346.1(a)(2) requires that, at least five working days prior to submission of the proposed emergency action to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL), the adopting agency provide a notice of the proposed emergency action to every person who has filed a request for notice of regulatory action with the agency. After submission of the proposed emergency, the OAL shall allow interested persons five calendar days to submit comments on the proposed emergency regulations as set forth in Government Code section 11349.6. Notice is hereby given that the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) proposes to amend, adopt, codify, and publish changes to facility construction financing program regulations contained in the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 15, Division 1, Chapter 1, Subchapter 6. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Unless otherwise indicated by OAL, the proposed emergency regulations are posted the same day they are filed. Public comments will be accepted from May 1, 2015, to May 5 May 6, 2015.
